August 29th, 2026 [Houston, TX] — Game Day Private Jets (“Game Day”), the private travel platform built for college athletics, today announced Jeremy Payne as the newest student-athlete added to the Game Day Athletes roster.

Payne, a TCU running back from Missouri City, Texas, joins Game Day as an Athlete Ambassador and will help create awareness around the company’s private travel memberships, by-the-seat Game Day Shuttle opportunities, and Game Day Impact Jet Card.

The partnership continues Game Day’s strategy of connecting fans, donors, alumni, families, and student-athletes through premium game day travel experiences while creating meaningful NIL opportunities tied to college sports.

GAME DAY ATHLETES: BUILT AROUND THE EXPERIENCE

The Game Day Athletes platform is designed to create NIL opportunities through storytelling, fan engagement, and real-world experiences tied to the college game day journey.

As a Game Day Athlete Ambassador, Payne will support select Game Day awareness efforts during the 2026 college football season, including the company’s “Skip the Payne of Flying Commercial to College Football Games” campaign.

“Football has always been about more than just what happens on the field,” said Payne. “It is about family, teammates, preparation, and the people who support you through the journey. I’m excited to partner with Game Day Private Jets because they understand how important the game day experience is for players, families, and fans.”

SPOTLIGHT: JEREMY PAYNE

Payne has quickly established himself as one of the most dynamic young running backs in college football. After stepping into a larger role last season, he delivered 623 rushing yards, five rushing touchdowns, and a series of explosive plays that showcased his speed, vision, and ability to perform in high-leverage moments.

His breakout season was capped by one of the most memorable plays of the year: a 35-yard catch-and-run touchdown in overtime to seal a dramatic Alamo Bowl victory over USC. Facing third-and-long, Payne turned a short pass into a game-winning moment, making defenders miss and sprinting into the end zone to close the season in unforgettable fashion.

“Jeremy is exactly the kind of young man we are proud to partner with,” said Luis Garcia, Founder & CEO of Game Day Private Jets. “He is talented, humble, family-oriented, and committed to his teammates. When you watch the way he plays, you see explosiveness. But when you learn more about who he is, you see the work, the sacrifice, and the support system behind him. That is the story we want to help tell.”

“SKIP THE PAYNE” OF COMMERCIAL GAME DAY TRAVEL

As part of the partnership, Payne will help introduce Game Day’s “Skip the Payne of Flying Commercial to College Football Games” campaign — a simple, memorable message focused on the challenges fans and families face when traveling to college football destinations.

The campaign will highlight the realities of game day travel: limited commercial flight options, expensive hotel weekends, long drives, crowded airports, rental car logistics, and the time lost trying to get in and out of major college sports markets.

Through Game Day, fans, alumni, donors, families, and businesses can create a free account, connect with school-specific travel communities, request private charters, explore shared flights, and access by-the-seat Game Day Shuttle experiences for select games.

In the Fort Worth area, for example, TCU fans can join Game Day, connect with other local Horned Frog fans, and explore opportunities to share private jets to games and other college sports experiences.

Game Day Shuttles are designed as by-the-seat, same-day private travel experiences that allow fans to fly to major games and return home the same day. Select shuttle seats are expected to start as low as $1,995 for a same-day roundtrip experience, helping reduce the need for hotels, rental cars, and extended weekend travel.

The campaign will also create awareness around the Game Day Impact Jet Card, available in $100,000, $250,000, and $500,000 tiers, giving donors, fans, and businesses a private travel solution that can also support school-aligned impact and NIL opportunities.

“Jeremy gives us a great way to tell this story in a fun and authentic way,” Ross Flurry, VP of Strategy & Development added. “The campaign has a catchy name, but the message is serious. Families make real sacrifices to support student-athletes. Fans spend real time and money trying to get to games. Game Day was built to make that experience easier, more efficient, and more connected to the college sports community.”

FAMILY, FOOTBALL, AND THE GAME DAY JOURNEY

For student-athletes, game day is the result of years of training, sacrifice, and support. Behind every player is often a family that has spent countless weekends traveling to practices, games, camps, recruiting visits, and college football destinations across the country.

That family connection is a major part of the Game Day Athletes platform.

Game Day is building athlete partnerships around more than visibility. The company is focused on working with student-athletes who can authentically connect with fans and help tell the broader story of what it takes to compete at the highest level of college sports.

“Jeremy comes from a tight-knit, sports-centered family, and that matters,” Garcia said. “We know how much families pour into these journeys. The time, the travel, the missed events, the expense, the emotional investment — it is all real. If our platform can help make travel better for families and fans while also creating NIL opportunities for student-athletes, that is exactly the kind of impact we want to create.”

UNITED ATHLETE SPORTS

The partnership with Payne was facilitated by United Athlete Sports.

“Game Day is creating something unique at the intersection of travel, fan engagement, and NIL,” said Beau Thompson of United Athlete Sports. “We see firsthand how hard student-athletes like Jeremy work, and we also see how much their families sacrifice to support them. Game Day’s platform makes sense for modern college sports fans, and we’re excited for Jeremy to be part of it.”
