Game Day Private Jets acts solely as an agent and charter broker, arranging air transportation on behalf of its members with FAA-licensed direct air carriers or, where applicable, marketing public charter flights conducted in compliance with 14 CFR Part 380.
Revenue participation with the Red Raider Club is governed by a separate marketing agreement.
