No. Private aviation is premium, but Game Day is designed to make the experience more accessible through shared travel, community coordination, and Game Day Shuttles.

For certain same-day trips, members may be able to access private-style travel for a per-person price that is far more approachable than traditional full-aircraft charter.

Game Day Private Jets was founded by Luis Garcia, a 20+ year private aviation executive with leadership experience at Wheels Up and deep expertise across charter, membership platforms, partnerships, and private travel operations.

The company combines private aviation experience with a sports-focused community model built specifically around college game day travel.

Membership questions: membership@flygameday.com

A Family Membership is designed for members of the same household. One person serves as the Principal Member, and eligible family members at the home of record may be added as designees.

Family Members can request private charters, participate in shared travel opportunities, join community groups, and access member benefits.

A Business Membership is designed for companies that want to provide access to executives, partners, clients, or key team members.

The Principal Member manages the account, while approved designees can book travel, join flights, propose trips, and participate in the Game Day Community. Business Memberships may also include guest access for client entertainment, corporate travel, and relationship-building opportunities.

Business membership questions: membership@flygameday.com

Yes. Many members follow multiple schools, have children at different universities, or want access to different local travel communities.

You can join as many relevant school and local travel groups as you’d like.

Yes. That’s one of the benefits of the Game Day Community.

Members can connect across cities, schools, and travel groups when there is shared interest in a game or event. This helps create more shared flight opportunities and gives members a better chance of finding other fans heading to the same destination.

No. Memberships are not transferable.

However, depending on your membership type, you may be able to use guest passes or invite guests to travel with you on eligible trips. If your friend plans to participate regularly, they should join as their own member.

Yes. Referrals help grow the Game Day Community, which creates more routes, more shared flights, and better travel opportunities for everyone.

Game Day may offer member referral incentives, gear, perks, or other benefits as the program expands.

Game Day is open to members, but the experience is intentionally elevated.

Members are encouraged to build complete profiles, select their favorite schools and cities, and follow community rules and etiquette. The goal is to create a trusted, respectful environment where fans can connect, coordinate travel, and enjoy the experience together.

Game Day Shuttles

Price typically includes the cost of the private jet charter and any applicable taxes/f

Game Day Shuttles are curated, by-the-seat travel experiences designed around specific games, routes, and fan demand.

Instead of booking an entire aircraft, eligible members can purchase individual seats on select shuttle routes. Many shuttles are designed as same-day roundtrips, helping fans avoid long drives, expensive hotel weekends, and complicated commercial travel.

View upcoming shuttles: Schedule

Each shuttle route may vary, but the goal is to provide a turnkey game day travel experience.

A typical Game Day Shuttle may include roundtrip air travel, coordinated departure and arrival timing, private terminal access where applicable, and VIP ground transportation to and from the stadium.

Specific inclusions, timing, baggage details, and terms will be shown before booking.

Shuttle questions: support@flygameday.com

Not exactly.

A private charter is typically booked for one individual, family, company, or group that controls the full aircraft.

A Game Day Shuttle is a public charter-style experience where individual seats may be sold on a specific route tied to a specific game or event. It gives members a more accessible way to experience private-style travel without organizing or paying for the entire aircraft.

Cancellation terms will be listed before booking and may vary by route.

As a general framework, Game Day may allow cancellations more than 60 days prior to departure, less an administrative fee. Inside certain windows, seats may be non-refundable due to aircraft commitments, event timing, escrow requirements, and the limited ability to resell seats close to departure.

For final terms, members should always refer to the Participation Agreement and Contract of Carriage for the specific shuttle.

Game day travel depends on several factors, including kickoff times, airport availability, weather, air traffic control, and aircraft operations.

If a major timing change occurs, Game Day will communicate updates as quickly as possible and work to preserve the core experience. Because many shuttles are same-day roundtrips, return-leg flexibility may be more limited than a normal private charter.

Yes. Priority Members may receive early access, preferred pricing, or other benefits on select Game Day Shuttle routes.

Availability is limited and routes may sell out, so early access can be a meaningful benefit.

Yes. Members can coordinate with other fans in the community and propose a group flight around a specific game or event.

Once there is enough interest, the Game Day team can help source aircraft, quote the route, coordinate logistics, and support the trip.

That’s a good problem.

If demand is strong enough, Game Day can evaluate adding more aircraft, larger aircraft, or a formal Game Day Shuttle route. The more members who join a school or local travel community, the easier it becomes to build better travel options around major games.

Yes. While Game Day is built around college sports, members can also use the platform for business travel, vacations, golf trips, bachelor or bachelorette trips, client entertainment, bowl games, playoff travel, major sporting events, and other private travel needs.

Potentially, but it depends on the school and structure.

REVUP partner schools have a formal program that allows travel activity to create structured support for athletics or NIL. If your school is not yet a REVUP partner, you can still travel with Game Day and help build demand.

You can also introduce Game Day to your athletics department, booster club, or donor relations team.

Safety, Aircraft & Operations

No. Game Day Private Jets is not a direct or indirect air carrier.

Flights are operated by licensed third-party air carriers. Private charter flights are arranged with FAA-certified Part 135 operators, and applicable shuttle flights may be operated under public charter rules and related DOT requirements.

Safety is non-negotiable.

Game Day works with properly certificated operators and reviews safety, insurance, aircraft, crew, and operational standards. The team also uses industry experience, third-party safety resources, and internal screening before arranging flights for members.

Learn more: Safety Playbook

Game Day works across a wide range of aircraft depending on the mission, route, passenger count, airport, and availability.

Aircraft may include turboprops, light jets, midsize jets, super-midsize jets, large-cabin aircraft, and larger regional aircraft for shuttle-style experiences.

The aircraft is matched to the trip — not the other way around.

Game Day taps into a nationwide network of certified operators and trusted aviation partners.

For major games and high-demand weekends, the team monitors schedules, evaluates aircraft options, and moves quickly as demand develops. For events like college basketball tournaments where matchups may be known only days in advance, flexibility and speed are key.

Two. Game Day does not arrange single-pilot jet operations for members.

Most private flights depart from private terminals, commonly known as FBOs, at commercial or general aviation airports.

FBOs offer a more relaxed experience than commercial terminals. Members typically avoid long TSA lines, crowded gates, and traditional commercial airport friction.

For most private charter flights, arriving 20–30 minutes before departure is recommended.

For Game Day Shuttles, arrival requirements may vary by route and will be provided in your trip details.

Baggage allowances depend on the aircraft and route.

Private aircraft have different baggage limitations than commercial flights, especially on smaller jets or full passenger loads. Specific baggage guidance will be provided before your trip.

Pets may be allowed on certain private charter flights, subject to operator policies, aircraft type, cleaning requirements, and applicable regulations.

Pets may not be allowed on all shared flights or shuttle routes. Always confirm before booking.

Yes. Children are welcome on eligible Game Day flights.

For private charters, please let us know about any specific needs in advance, including car seats, booster seats, or special assistance.

For Game Day Shuttles or shared flights, specific age requirements, guardian requirements, or route restrictions may apply and will be listed before booking.

No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted.

Members will have access to the Game Day Concierge Team for day-of support.

The team can assist with travel coordination, flight updates, ground transportation, catering, special requests, and unexpected issues.

REVUP, Athletics & NIL

REVUP is Game Day’s college athletics partnership platform.

It allows schools, booster clubs, and athletics departments to turn fan and donor travel into a new revenue and engagement opportunity through memberships, travel activity, community engagement, and NIL-related opportunities.

Learn more: REVUP Athletics Revenue Generating Program

REVUP connects existing fan and donor travel behavior with a structured platform that can help generate new support for athletics and NIL.

Instead of asking donors for another traditional contribution, REVUP creates value through travel, experiences, and community participation.

That depends on the school.

For REVUP partner schools, Game Day works with athletics and donor teams to evaluate how the program may align with donor engagement, benefits, or priority structures.

Any official donor credit, points, or seating implications would be determined by the school.

Through REVUP, Game Day may help facilitate NIL opportunities, athlete appearances, ambassador campaigns, community events, and brand partnerships.

These opportunities are structured in coordination with applicable school, compliance, and NIL guidelines.

Yes. Businesses can partner with Game Day through corporate memberships, client entertainment, shuttle sponsorships, brand activations, NIL collaborations, and school-specific campaigns.

Partnership inquiries: membership@flygameday.com

Not necessarily.

REVUP is designed to serve as a structured private travel engagement platform for fans, donors, and alumni. Schools may still have other travel vendors, team travel providers, or aviation relationships depending on their needs.

REVUP partners receive a dedicated Game Day point of contact, with support across marketing, community engagement, operations, reporting, and partner activation.

Yes. REVUP partners should receive periodic reporting tied to agreed-upon program metrics, which may include membership growth, community engagement, bookings, travel activity, and revenue generated.

For personal travel, typically no.

If you are using Game Day for business travel, client entertainment, or another business purpose, certain expenses may be deductible depending on your circumstances.

Please consult your CPA or tax advisor.

Other Very Important Game Day Questions

Well let’s see. On one hand, you could spend 14 hours wedged between Dave, who controls the playlist, and Kyle, who “just needs to stop real quick” every 45 minutes.

On the other hand, you could get there in like 90 minutes in a private jet with comfortable cabin, snacks, beverages, and an enclosed lavatory.

Tough call.

There is no official limit.

Say it at takeoff. Say it after the first touchdown. Say it from 30,000 feet.

The Game Day private jet cabin is a “we’re so back” safe space.

Absolutely.

It is unquestionably, undeniably, mathematically inevitable that this is your year.

We have no data to support this, and we will not be taking follow-up questions.

According to FanDuel’s college football national championship odds as of April 2026, Ohio State is listed as the favorite.

So, officially, the answer is: probably Ohio State.

Emotionally, the answer is: your team.

Legally, spiritually, and for the sake of group chat harmony, we support everyone’s right to believe this is finally their year.

We do not control officiating.

However, if the refs are not flying with Game Day Private Jets, there is a greater-than-zero chance their travel day could be less efficient than yours.

Probably a quarterback.

Unless it’s a running back, in which case everyone will spend October arguing about whether running backs deserve the Heisman, and then a quarterback may still win it anyway.

The ceremony is in New York. We fly there. Just saying.

Probably not.

But their fans will spend the next 40 years explaining why the one loss actually made them better.

We’ve been asking this question longer than we’ve been booking charter flights.

At this point, we respect the commitment. Just like we respect your commitment to joining Game Day Private Jets and elevating your travel to game!

We’re experts in private aviation, not miracle work.

That said: great culture, strong leadership, elite recruiting, good coaching, a little luck, and more fans in the stadium never hurt.

That last part is where we can help.

No.

But you will arrive rested, very well hydrated, and emotionally prepared to blame the offensive coordinator if things go sideways.

This question has started more arguments than conference realignment.

We will say this: if your tailgate requires a full itinerary, a family recipe, and someone named “Uncle Mike” guarding the cooler, you’re probably doing it right.

That being said, here are some of the top college football tailgating spots according to fans:

  • Ole Miss (The Grove): Known as the “Holy Grail” of tailgating, a 10-acre central campus spot where thousands of red and blue tents gather.
  • LSU (Baton Rouge): Known for Cajun food culture (crawfish boils) and extreme hospitality, consistently ranked as having the best food.
  • Tennessee (Knoxville): Unique for its “Vol Navy,” where fans tailgate on boats on the Tennessee River, along with massive land parties.
  • Alabama (Tuscaloosa): Held on “The Quad,” featuring the Walk of Champions and high-energy, traditional Southern tailgating.
  • Georgia (Athens): A classic atmosphere filling the North Campus with tents and massive school spirit.
  • Wisconsin (Madison): Famous for parties spanning the city and the famous “Jump Around” pregame tradition.
  • Penn State (Happy Valley): Known for massive, sprawling lots and the sheer number of attendees, often taking over the entire town.
  • Ohio State (Columbus): Centered on Lane Ave, offering a passionate, dense, and energetic city-tailgating scene.
  • South Carolina (Columbia): Famous for the “Cockaboose Railroad,” where renovated train cabooses are used for parties.
  • Clemson (Clemson): Features huge gatherings on Bowman Field with Southern charm and tradition

Yes.

In fact, we encourage all reasonable game day rituals, including lucky jerseys, lucky hats, lucky playlists, and sitting in the exact same seat because “that’s what worked last time.”

Please keep all rituals FAA-compliant.

We recommend a quiet flight home, hydration, and avoiding message boards for at least 24 hours.

If your team wins, we recommend the exact opposite. And of course, post to your social that you flew with Game Day Private Jets to victory!
