Are these private jets or shared flights?
Game Day Shuttles are public charter flights operated under DOT Part 380 regulations.
- VIP Shuttles feature executive business jets (typically 6–14 seats)
- Community Shuttles operate on larger aircraft with more traditional seating, ranging from 15 seats to 120+ seats
Both options deliver a premium, game-day-focused travel experience.
Do I need to be a Game Day Member to book a shuttle?
Yes. At a minimum, you must create a Free Game Day Membership to book a seat.
Priority (Paid) Members receive:

Can I book seats for friends, family, or clients?
Yes. You may book multiple seats for your group.
All travelers must have a Free Game Day Membership account at a minimum.
How far in advance should I book my seat?
As early as possible. Shuttle flights are capacity-limited, and high-demand games will sell out quickly.
If you see a game you want to attend, secure your seats early.
What happens if a shuttle flight sells out? Will you add more flights or upgrade aircraft?
We expect many flights to fill quickly. Depending on demand and aircraft availability, Game Day may:
- Add additional flights, or
- Upgrade to a larger aircraft with more seating
That said, availability is never guaranteed — booking early is recommended.
What happens if a flight doesn’t fill?
If minimum participation is not met, the flight may be canceled. In that case, customers will receive a refund in accordance with DOT public charter regulations.
What is included in the Game Day Shuttle experience?
Each shuttle typically includes:
- Private aircraft transportation
- Inflight amenities
- Ground transportation to and from the stadium

What time do flights depart and return?
Most Game Day Shuttles are designed as same-day roundtrip experiences, typically:
- Departing a few hours before the game
- Returning shortly after the game concludes
Exact timing will vary by event and will be confirmed in advance.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
Shuttle reservations are generally refundable, subject to certain limitations and timing requirements.
In some cases, credits or transfer options may also be available. Please refer to the Participation Agreement for full terms and conditions.
What happens if the game schedule changes or is canceled?
