Do I need to be a Game Day Member to book a shuttle?
Yes. At a minimum, you must create a Free Community User account to book a seat on a Game Day Shuttle.
What are the benefits of being a Paid (Priority) Member?
Priority Members receive early access to book shuttles and preferred pricing. Seats are limited and demand for curated group travel experiences is at an all-time high. If you ever see a shuttle that you’re interested in, don’t wait — purchase your Membership and book your seat(s).
Are these private jets or shared flights?
Game Day Shuttles are public charter flights operated under DOT Part 380 rules. VIP Shuttles consist of executive business jets ranging from 6-14 seats. Our Community Shuttles are on larger aircraft with more traditional seating configurations ranging anywhere from 15 seats up to 120 seats or more!
What happens if a flight doesn’t fill?
If minimum participation is not met, the flight may be canceled and refunded.
Can I cancel or transfer my seat?
Bookings are subject to the Participant Agreement.
