Game Day Private Jets
Game Day Private Jets, LLC ("Game Day," "GDPJ," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information we collect from members, guests, passengers, website visitors, and others who interact with our services. In this Privacy Policy, we describe the information, including personal information, that we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process in connection with our websites, mobile applications, community platforms, and offline interactions, as well as the purposes for which we process such information.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected on or through the Game Day websites, including member websites, the Game Day app, community platforms, and other services made available online or offline, including when we communicate with you by email, phone, or in connection with arranging travel or related services (collectively, the "Services"). Depending on your relationship with us, our use of your information may also be governed by additional terms, including a membership agreement, charter services agreement, or other agreement. If there is a conflict between such an agreement and this Privacy Policy with respect to personal information, this Privacy Policy will govern solely with respect to that conflict.
Your use of the Services is also subject to our applicable Terms of Service and related agreements. To the extent permitted by law, disputes regarding our collection, use, disclosure, or other processing of personal information may also be subject to the dispute resolution provisions contained in those terms. This Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not itself create contractual rights or obligations. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, and any updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we may also provide notice through the Services or by email where appropriate.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, from other persons or entities, and automatically through your use of the Services. The information we collect depends on the nature of your relationship with Game Day and how you interact with the Services.
When you register for, create, or modify an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, company information, and other account-related details. Depending on the Services you use, we may also collect additional information relevant to membership or travel, including identification details, passport information, country of citizenship, and similar travel-related information.
When you log into your account or take action within it, we may collect your login credentials, date and time of access, booking requests, passenger information, luggage details, dates of birth, weights, and other information necessary to facilitate travel arrangements or administer the Services. If you communicate with us by email, phone, text, or through the Community, we may collect the content of those communications, your contact information, and any information you choose to provide.
When you book, request, or take a flight through Game Day, we may collect information regarding the trip, the origin and destination, itinerary details, and personal information for all passengers traveling on that itinerary, including passengers who did not themselves use the website or app. When you pay for Services, memberships, or products, we may collect billing and transaction information and process payment information through secure third-party processors. GDPJ does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
We may also collect information when you complete surveys or questionnaires, request additional information, sign up for newsletters or marketing communications, submit feedback, post content to our Services or social media pages where such functionality exists, or otherwise engage with us as a customer, vendor, supplier, representative, or business contact.
2. Information We Collect from Other Sources
We may collect information about you from operators, employers, channel partners, suppliers, members, and other third parties.
For example, operators may provide us with information relevant to a flight you are taking. If your employer or organization provides access to our Services, your employer may give us your name, business contact information, and authorization status. Channel partners or referral partners may provide your contact details if you engage with Game Day through a joint marketing or business relationship. If you are traveling as a guest of a member or another passenger, that member or passenger may provide us with your name, contact information, height, weight, and other information required for the travel arrangement.
We may also receive information from service providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, and other third parties in connection with the operation, security, and improvement of our Services.
3. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use our Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, device identifiers, operating system, approximate location information, login activity, referring pages, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and other interactions with the Services.
This information helps us understand how users engage with the Services, improve performance and usability, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, evaluate usage trends, and support our marketing and analytics efforts. In some cases, if you are logged into your account, we may associate certain automatically collected information with your account for operational or support purposes.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to provide and administer our Services, including creating and maintaining accounts, facilitating memberships, arranging charter flights and other travel-related services, processing payments, coordinating with operators and service providers, and providing customer support.
We also use personal information to communicate with you, respond to inquiries, manage your participation in the Community, administer member benefits, facilitate shared flight opportunities where applicable, and provide updates regarding your account, bookings, events, or the Services.
In addition, we may use personal information for marketing, advertising, promotional communications, and to evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences. We may use information to improve the Services, conduct analytics and research, personalize user experience, maintain the security and operability of our systems, detect and prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
We may also combine information we receive from different sources for customer service, research, analytics, and marketing purposes, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may, however, disclose information as described in this Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted or required by law.
We may share information with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities for operational, administrative, marketing, service, or internal business purposes. We may also share information with operators, fixed base operators, ground transportation providers, catering providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, security vendors, CRM platforms, communications vendors, and other service providers that support the Services. These parties may process information on our behalf and are expected to use it only for authorized business purposes.
Where users post reviews, photos, or other content to parts of the Services that are designed for visibility by other users or the public, that information may be visible to others. We may also disclose information to governmental authorities, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required to comply with applicable law, aviation or security rules, legal process, or regulatory requests, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or prevent fraud or misconduct.
We may also disclose information in connection with billing and collections, investigations, enforcement of our terms or agreements, cybersecurity matters, actual or potential business transactions such as mergers, asset sales, financings, or restructurings, or where information has been aggregated or de-identified so that it no longer identifies an individual.
6. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Analytics
We and our service providers may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, embedded scripts, analytics tools, and similar technologies to collect information regarding your use of the Services. These technologies help us improve site functionality, understand visitor behavior, measure performance, analyze trends, support security, and assess the effectiveness of content, communications, and marketing efforts.
Cookies are small data files placed on your device that allow websites and systems to recognize browsers and store information. Clear GIFs, web beacons, and similar technologies may be used on webpages or in emails to track interactions, response rates, and usage statistics. Embedded scripts may also collect information regarding how users interact with particular pages or features.
We may use analytics providers and similar tools to better understand how the Services are used and to improve performance and user experience. Our websites may also include tracking technologies associated with advertising networks, social platforms, or similar third parties. These third parties may use information collected over time and across websites or services to provide targeted or interest-based advertising.
You may manage certain cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may impact the functionality of portions of the Services. Where applicable, additional details may also be provided through a separate Cookie Policy or website cookie banner.
7. Advertising and Related Services
Some content, features, or advertisements made available through the Services may be served by third-party advertisers, ad networks, content providers, or application providers. These third parties may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites over time.
This information may be used to provide advertising or content tailored to your interests. Game Day does not control how these third parties use their own tracking technologies. If you have questions about third-party targeted advertising, you should review the applicable privacy policies of those providers. Users may also have options to opt out of certain targeted advertising programs through industry tools or browser settings.
8. Do Not Track
At this time, our systems do not generally respond to browser "do not track" requests. You may, however, limit certain tracking through browser controls, device settings, cookie preferences, or other opt-out tools where available.
9. Accessing, Correcting, or Deleting Information
Depending on the Services you use, you may be able to review and update certain account information by logging into your account and accessing your profile or account settings. Subject to applicable law, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information that we maintain about you.
We may need to verify your identity before processing such requests, and in some cases we may retain certain information where required by law, contract, operational necessity, dispute resolution needs, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
10. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include secure hosting, encrypted transmission where appropriate, access controls, system monitoring, and related safeguards.
No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or credentials used to access the Services.
11. Children's Personal Information
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe that we may have collected information from a child in a manner not permitted by law, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, delete such information.
12. International Users and Cross-Border Transfers
Game Day operates primarily in the United States, and our systems or service providers may also process information in other jurisdictions. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, processed, stored, and transferred in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your place of residence.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights relating to your personal information, including rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions.
13. Additional Information for EEA and UK Users
For users located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Game Day acts as a data controller with respect to personal information processed under this Privacy Policy. We may process personal information based on one or more legal bases, including performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, consent where required, and, in limited circumstances, the protection of vital interests.
Our legitimate interests may include operating and improving the Services, responding to inquiries, maintaining security, preventing fraud, administering memberships, analyzing usage, supporting business operations, and marketing our Services where permitted by law. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time, although this will not affect processing already undertaken prior to withdrawal.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Subject to applicable law, EEA and UK users may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, objection to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If you follow a link to another site or application, that party's privacy policy will apply to any information collected there.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
