How Game Day Works
Game Day Private Jets is built to bring structure, access, and efficiency to private travel around the moments that matter most—game days, key events, and shared experiences.
We operate as a membership-based platform, connecting our members and community with a network of licensed air carriers and premium travel solutions.
Before using the platform, there are a few important principles to understand:
• We act as your aviation agent and broker—not an operator. All aircraft are operated by independent, FAA-certified air carriers that maintain full operational control, including aircraft, crew, and safety standards.
• The platform is designed to connect people around shared travel moments. Members and community users can explore trips, coordinate around games and events, and engage with others traveling to the same destination.
• Trips are only finalized through formal agreements. While the platform enables discovery and coordination, all flights are confirmed through separate agreements with licensed operators, including finalized pricing and terms.
• We do not sell individual seats on aircraft, except where permitted through structured public charter programs. Any seat-based offerings will comply with applicable regulations, including Part 380 where applicable.
• Availability and pricing in private aviation are dynamic. Aircraft, routing, timing, and demand all influence pricing. Quotes are estimates until confirmed.
• Membership enhances access—it does not guarantee it. Our platform is designed to open doors and create opportunities, but flexibility is part of private aviation.
• We are independent of universities, teams, and NIL entities. While we support collegiate ecosystems and fan engagement, Game Day operates as an independent platform and is not affiliated with or controlled by any institution.
• Our role is alignment, transparency, and execution. We simplify private travel, provide clarity around how it works, and help coordinate high-quality experiences from start to finish.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Game Day Private Jets LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Game Day," "GDPJ," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any of our digital services, including our website, community platform, mobile applications, or related tools (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Services. These Terms include provisions related to dispute resolution, limitations of liability, and other important legal rights.
1. Scope of Services
These Terms govern your use of Game Day's digital ecosystem, including our websites, community platforms (such as Circle.io), mobile applications, quoting and booking tools (including FlyMoove), and all related communications and digital interfaces. The Services are intended to provide general information about Game Day, facilitate connections among users, and enable access to private aviation solutions through third-party providers.
Game Day operates as a broker and facilitator of private aviation services, connecting users with independent third-party providers, including licensed air carriers. Game Day does not own, operate, or control aircraft, and all air transportation is performed by independent operators that exercise full operational control.
Content provided through the Services is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated in a formal written agreement.
2. Relationship to Other Agreements
Certain services offered by Game Day are governed by separate agreements ("Ancillary Agreements"), including Membership Agreements, Charter or Flight Agreements, Shuttle or Public Charter (Part 380) Agreements, and REVUP or institutional partnership agreements. Where applicable, those agreements govern the specific services they cover. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an Ancillary Agreement, the applicable Ancillary Agreement will control.
3. Updates to These Terms
Game Day may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business model, or legal requirements. Updates may be posted on our Website or communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Use of the Services is not permitted where prohibited by applicable law.
5. Account Registration and Security
Certain features of the Services may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized access, you must promptly notify us at support@flygameday.com. Game Day is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
6. Community Platform and User Interactions
The Services may include features that allow users to communicate, share information, and express interest in travel or events. The community is designed to facilitate connections among users; however, participation and interaction are independent. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and should exercise appropriate judgment.
Game Day does not verify user identities in all cases, does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, and does not control or assume responsibility for user conduct. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where appropriate.
7. Trip Groups and Shared Travel Discussions
Users may use the Services to express interest in events, connect with others planning similar travel, and explore potential group travel opportunities. With the exception of flights conducted pursuant to properly structured public charter programs (including, but not limited to, Part 380 flights where applicable), Game Day does not sell individual seats on aircraft.
Game Day does not guarantee the formation of any trip and is not a party to arrangements between users. All air travel is arranged only through formal agreements with licensed operators.
To the extent permitted by law, Game Day is not responsible for user-organized travel coordination, the outcomes of group travel discussions, or disputes between users.
8. Quotes, Estimates, and Bookings
Any pricing or quotes provided through the Services are estimates only and may change based on aircraft availability, routing, market conditions, or other operational factors. No travel is confirmed until a written agreement is executed and applicable payments are received.
9. Third-Party Providers
Game Day works with a network of independent third parties, including licensed air carriers, technology providers, and payment processors. These parties operate independently. Game Day is not responsible for operational decisions, service performance, delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties.
10. Payments and Fees
Payments may be processed through third-party providers. You agree to pay all applicable fees and comply with the terms associated with your selected services. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the relevant Ancillary Agreement.
11. Memberships
Membership programs are governed by separate agreements and do not guarantee availability of aircraft, specific pricing, or access to any particular flight or route.
12. REVUP, Partnerships, and Collegiate Programs
Game Day may offer programs, partnerships, or initiatives related to collegiate athletics, including REVUP. These offerings are designed to support engagement across communities, institutions, and stakeholders.
Game Day operates as an independent platform and is not an agent of, or representative for, any university, athletic department, collective, or athlete. Participation in any program does not imply endorsement by any institution.
Any financial projections, case studies, or illustrative outcomes are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees. NIL activities, where applicable, are managed by third parties, and Game Day does not control or guarantee NIL arrangements, participation, or outcomes. Contributions or payments associated with such programs may be subject to separate terms, and tax treatment should be evaluated independently with professional advisors.
13. No Professional or Advisory Advice
Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, aviation, safety, or other professional advice. Private aviation involves complex regulatory, operational, and financial considerations, and you should consult appropriate qualified professionals before making decisions related to travel, aircraft usage, or participation in any program offered through the Services.
14. Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us, including emails, SMS messages (where opted in), and platform notifications. Standard carrier charges may apply.
15. AI and Automated Tools
Game Day may use automated systems, including AI-driven tools, to enhance user experience. Such outputs are informational in nature, are not binding, and may contain inaccuracies. You agree not to rely solely on such outputs for decision-making.
16. User Submissions
If you submit content through the Services, you grant Game Day a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Services.
17. Acceptable Use and Platform Integrity
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Services, attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools without authorization, or circumvent security features. Violations may result in restricted access, termination, or further action where appropriate.
Game Day reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
18. Monitoring and Enforcement
Game Day may review activity, investigate potential violations, and cooperate with legal or regulatory authorities where appropriate.
19. Intellectual Property and Trademark Rights
All content within the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Game Day or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized.
"Game Day Private Jets," "Game Day," and related logos and marks are proprietary to Game Day Private Jets LLC. You may not use such marks without prior written consent.
Any third-party names, logos, trademarks, or service marks (including, without limitation, universities, athletic programs, partners, or sponsors) remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to such third parties does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game Day disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Game Day does not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy of information, or specific outcomes from use of the Services.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Day shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities. In all cases, total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid to Game Day in the prior twelve (12) months or $1,000 USD.
22. Force Majeure
Game Day is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including weather, mechanical issues, air traffic control delays, or governmental actions.
23. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Game Day from claims arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with third parties.
24. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Additional details regarding arbitration procedures are available upon request.
25. Time Limitation on Claims
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises or it will be deemed waived.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Texas. Venue shall be in Harris County, Texas.
27. Hosting and Infrastructure
The Services are hosted by third-party providers, including Hostinger. Use of the Services may also be subject to applicable third-party terms.
28. General Provisions
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms, together with applicable Ancillary Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Game Day.
29. Aviation Disclosure (Broker / Agency Clarification)
Game Day Private Jets LLC acts solely as an independent broker and disclosed agent for its clients and members in arranging air transportation and related services. Game Day is not a direct or indirect air carrier and does not own, lease, manage, or operate aircraft.
All air transportation services are provided by independent third-party air carriers that hold the appropriate FAA certifications and exercise full operational control over all flights. Operational control includes, but is not limited to, the selection of aircraft, crew, maintenance, flight planning, and safety procedures.
Game Day does not supervise, direct, or control any aircraft operations and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of any air carrier or other third-party service provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that Game Day shall not be liable for any claims arising out of or related to air transportation services, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, service interruptions, mechanical issues, or any injury, damage, or loss occurring in connection with such services.
