What are Game Day Shuttles?
Game Day Shuttles are curated, by-the-seat travel experiences designed around specific games, routes, and fan demand.
Instead of booking an entire aircraft, eligible members can purchase individual seats on select shuttle routes. Many shuttles are designed as same-day roundtrips, helping fans avoid long drives, expensive hotel weekends, and complicated commercial travel.

What is included with a Game Day Shuttle seat?
A typical Game Day Shuttle may include roundtrip air travel, coordinated departure and arrival timing, private terminal access where applicable, and VIP ground transportation to and from the stadium.
Specific inclusions, timing, baggage details, and terms will be shown before booking.

What's included in my seat price?
The price of your seat includes private air transportation, inflight snacks and beverages as well as any applicable fees/taxes. Some Game Day Shuttle packages may include ground transportion and access to Member Only Tailgates experiences (check specific shuttles for more details).
Are Game Day Shuttles the same as private charters?
Not exactly.
A private charter is typically booked for one individual, family, company, or group that controls the full aircraft.
A Game Day Shuttle is a public charter-style experience where individual seats may be sold on a specific route tied to a specific game or event. It gives members a more accessible way to experience private-style travel without organizing or paying for the entire aircraft.
Can I cancel my Game Day Shuttle seat?
Cancellation terms will be listed before booking and may vary by route.
As a general framework, Game Day may allow cancellations more than 60 days prior to departure, less an administrative fee. Inside certain windows, seats may be non-refundable due to aircraft commitments, event timing, escrow requirements, and the limited ability to resell seats close to departure.
For final terms, members should always refer to the Participation Agreement and Contract of Carriage for the specific shuttle.
What happens if a shuttle timing changes?
Game day travel depends on several factors, including kickoff times, airport availability, weather, air traffic control, and aircraft operations.
If a major timing change occurs, Game Day will communicate updates as quickly as possible and work to preserve the core experience. Because many shuttles are same-day roundtrips, return-leg flexibility may be more limited than a normal private charter.
Do Priority Members get early access or better pricing?
Yes. Priority Members may receive early access, preferred pricing, or other benefits on select Game Day Shuttle routes.
Availability is limited and routes may sell out, so early access can be a meaningful benefit.

How do I book a seat?
Click ‘Reserve Your Seats’ to be taken to the Fly Moove booking portal. A free Community User account is required to complete the booking.
What's the difference between Priority and Standard pricing?
Priority Members save $500 per seat on every shuttle and get early access to new routes. Standard pricing is available to all Free Community Users.
What happens if the shuttle sells out?
You can join the waitlist directly on the booking page. Members get priority access if a seat opens up.
Is ground transportation included?
Ground transportation is included on select shuttles. Check the ‘What’s Included’ section for details specific to this trip.
Do I need to be a Game Day Member to book this shuttle?
Yes. At a minimum, you must have a free account to book a seat. Priority Members receive preferred pricing and early access.
What happens if this shuttle doesn't fill?
If minimum participation is not met, the shuttle may be canceled and refunded in accordance with the Participant Agreement.
