COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE, COMPLIANCE & MODERATION POLICY

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Game Day Community is a structured travel coordination and engagement platform operated by Game Day Private Jets ("GDPJ"). This Policy establishes governance standards, compliance boundaries, and moderation authority applicable to all participants.

The Community exists to:
(a) Facilitate aviation demand aggregation around athletic events;
(b) Support athletics-aligned engagement;
(c) Provide structured coordination tools consistent with federal aviation regulations;
(d) Maintain institutional alignment and reputational integrity.

This platform is not a public social media forum. Participation is a privilege, not a right. All users agree to comply with this Policy as a condition of access.

2. COMMUNITY STRUCTURE & ROLES

The Community includes multiple membership tiers and role designations. Privileges and access may vary by tier.

Members must operate within the privileges and limitations of their membership tier. GDPJ reserves the right to define, modify, expand, or restrict privileges associated with any role at its sole discretion.

3. GDPJ ROLE & COMPLIANCE POSITION

3.1 GDPJ Is a Charter Broker Only

Game Day Private Jets acts solely as a charter broker and authorized agent.

GDPJ:
(a) Does not own or operate aircraft;
(b) Is not a direct or indirect air carrier;
(c) Does not sell individual seats on private charters except under approved 14 CFR Part 380 public charter programs;
(d) Arranges flights through properly licensed FAA-certificated operators exercising full operational control.

All aviation services are performed exclusively by licensed air carriers.

3.2 Member Self-Aggregation

Community Members may:
(a) Voluntarily express interest in shared charter travel;
(b) Communicate privately with one another;
(c) Coordinate independently and at their own discretion.

All group formation is member-led and non-binding until formal charter agreements are executed directly with GDPJ.

Nothing within the Community authorizes the sale of individual seats, ticketing, or the formation of passenger groups represented as organized, sponsored, or endorsed by GDPJ unless expressly structured under an approved Part 380 public charter program.

GDPJ reserves the right to intervene if Community activity creates regulatory exposure, misrepresentation risk, or compliance concerns.

4. ACCEPTABLE COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Participation in the Game Day Community requires professionalism, good faith engagement, and respect for fellow Members and affiliated institutions.

4.1 Permitted Content

Members may:
(a) Express non-binding interest in shared travel opportunities;
(b) Ask others to contact them privately;
(c) Share photos, videos, and personal experiences;
Need Help (d) Discuss destinations, games, schedules, and general logistics;
(e) Promote their own business or services when expressly permitted by GDPJ.

Examples of permitted language include:

Healthy sports rivalry discussion is permitted so long as it does not escalate into harassment or personal attacks.

4.2 Prohibited Content (Critical)

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Selling or offering individual seats on private charters
• Posting per-seat pricing, cost-splitting, or payment language
• Collecting or requesting payment through the Community
• Representing or implying that GDPJ is organizing, coordinating, or endorsing a group unless structured under Part 380
• Advertising third-party charter services without GDPJ approval
• Misrepresenting aircraft, operators, safety standards, or regulatory status
• Harassment, abusive conduct, threats, or intimidation
• Defamatory, knowingly false, or misleading statements
• Repeated speculative or bad-faith charter quote requests

Examples of prohibited language include:

Violation of these standards may result in immediate moderation, suspension, or termination of access.

4.3 Political Neutrality & Non-Polarizing Content

The Game Day Community is centered around athletics and travel coordination. It is not intended to serve as a forum for political campaigning, partisan advocacy, ideological debate, or polarizing social commentary unrelated to travel or athletics.

The following are prohibited:

• Political campaign promotion or opposition
• Partisan advocacy unrelated to Community travel activity
• Polarizing or inflammatory political debate
• Content reasonably likely to create division, institutional risk, or reputational harm

Competitive sports rivalry is acceptable. Political escalation or ideological attacks are not.

GDPJ reserves sole discretion to remove such content and take enforcement action as necessary.

4.4 Athlete Protection & NIL Engagement Standards

The Community may include current or former student-athletes, NIL ambassadors, coaches, or athletic personnel. The platform is not intended to function as an open NIL marketplace or direct solicitation forum.

Accordingly:

• Harassment, targeted criticism, bullying, or personal attacks directed at athletes, coaches, or athletic staff are strictly prohibited
• Coordinated attacks or defamatory statements toward athletic participants may result in immediate removal
• Members may not directly solicit NIL deals, sponsorship agreements, endorsements, or compensation arrangements through Community posts or direct messaging
• Any Member wishing to explore a NIL or sponsorship opportunity must submit such inquiry through GDPJ for review and potential structured introduction

Nothing in this Policy guarantees that GDPJ will facilitate or approve any proposed NIL engagement.

5. RSVP, INTEREST & EVENT PARTICIPATION

5.1 Non-Binding Nature

RSVPs, expressions of interest, and poll participation are non-binding and do not constitute confirmed travel arrangements. Travel remains subject to operator availability, execution of required agreements, regulatory compliance, and payment confirmation.

5.2 No Financial Commitments Through the Community

Members may not:

• Collect deposits
• Request funds
• Represent financial commitments within the Community platform

All charter agreements and payments must be executed directly through GDPJ under the applicable Master Charter Agreement or approved Public Charter structure.

5.3 Events & Experiences

From time to time, GDPJ and/or approved partners may offer paid or complimentary events, experiences, or hospitality offerings ("Events & Experiences").

Members acknowledge that:

• Participation in any Event & Experience does not imply, guarantee, or include participation in any charter flight or public charter shuttle unless expressly stated in writing by GDPJ
• Event participation and flight participation are separate offerings and may be governed by distinct eligibility requirements and capacity limitations
• Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific Events & Experiences, including waivers, conduct standards, and cancellation policies

6. DATA PRIVACY, PLATFORM OWNERSHIP & ACCESS

6.1 Platform Data & Aggregation

The Community may aggregate route interest and travel signals for pricing evaluation and feasibility assessment.

Members acknowledge that:

• Route and date interest may be aggregated
• Non-identifying data may be shared with operator networks for pricing evaluation
• Members have no ownership interest in routes or programs developed through aggregated demand

All platform data, coordination tools, analytics, workflows, and related materials remain proprietary to GDPJ.

6.2 Agency & Vendor Access

Marketing agencies, consultants, technology vendors, or other authorized service providers may be granted platform access for operational, build, development, or support purposes.

Members acknowledge that:

• Such access does not grant ownership or control over platform assets
• GDPJ retains sole ownership of the platform, data, workflows, systems architecture, and Community structure
• Agency or vendor access may be modified, restricted, or revoked at any time at GDPJ's sole discretion

6.3 Financial Contributions, REVUP & Fund Allocation

From time to time, the Game Day platform may include optional participation-based contributions, access fees, or other monetary inputs associated with Community engagement, travel coordination, or event participation (collectively, "Contributions").

Members acknowledge and agree:

• Contributions made through or in connection with the platform are not charitable donations unless expressly designated in writing by GDPJ
• Contributions are not tax-deductible unless explicitly stated and supported by appropriate documentation
• Contributions do not create any ownership interest, priority access rights, or guaranteed travel allocation unless expressly defined by GDPJ

REVUP Allocation

Members acknowledge:

• For REVUP-participating institutions, Contributions may be allocated in whole or in part to athletics, NIL initiatives, or related program funds
• For non-REVUP institutions, Contributions may be allocated between the Game Day Impact Fund and other initiatives at GDPJ's discretion
• Allocation methodologies, percentages, and timing are determined solely by GDPJ

No Guarantee of Outcome

• Contributions do not guarantee NIL opportunities, athlete engagement, or access
• GDPJ does not control how third-party institutions utilize funds
• All Contributions are final unless otherwise stated

7. TRIP GROUP CONVERSION & BOOKING AUTHORITY

7.1 Transition to Booking

A transition from Community activity to formal booking occurs when:

• A Member requests pricing or availability
• A group reaches sufficient demand
• GDPJ elects to engage based on observed activity

7.2 GDPJ Control

Upon transition:

• GDPJ assumes exclusive control of sourcing, pricing, and structuring
• All booking-related communication must occur through GDPJ
• Member coordination of pricing/logistics must cease

7.3 Non-Binding Status

All itineraries remain:

• Subject to operator confirmation
• Subject to regulatory compliance
• Non-binding until formal agreement execution

GDPJ may modify or decline any trip at its discretion.

8. NON-CIRCUMVENTION & PLATFORM PROTECTION

8.1 Non-Circumvention

Members shall not:

• Use the platform to assemble groups for external charter arrangements
• Circumvent GDPJ in any travel opportunity initiated within the Community
• Engage operators or brokers identified through the platform outside GDPJ

8.2 Platform Protection

Members acknowledge GDPJ's investment in:

• Operator relationships
• Platform infrastructure
• Travel coordination systems

Violations may result in immediate termination and additional remedies.

9. MEMBERSHIP INTEGRITY & PLATFORM MISUSE

9.1 Membership Integrity

Members may not:

• Share accounts or credentials
• Misrepresent identity or affiliations
• Exceed membership tier limits

9.2 Platform Misuse

Prohibited uses include:

• Unauthorized commercial solicitation
• Competing aviation coordination activity
• Data extraction or exploitation

9.3 Enforcement

GDPJ may:

• Audit accounts
• Suspend or terminate access
• Revoke privileges without refund for misuse

10. MONITORING, ENFORCEMENT & DISCIPLINE

GDPJ reserves the right to:

• Remove content
• Restrict Member privileges
• Suspend or terminate access
• Escalate matters where regulatory, institutional, or reputational risk exists

Enforcement decisions may be implemented without prior notice when necessary to protect Community integrity or compliance posture.

All enforcement decisions are final.

11. DISCLAIMERS

The Game Day Community is provided "AS IS." GDPJ makes no guarantees regarding:

• Route feasibility
• Aircraft availability
• Pricing stability
• Participation levels

GDPJ is not responsible for independent Member communications or coordination conducted outside the platform.

All aviation services are performed solely by licensed air carriers exercising operational control.

12. POLICY UPDATES

Game Day Private Jets reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

Material changes will be communicated via Community Announcement.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current policy.

13. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By joining or participating in the Game Day Community, each member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Community Governance, Compliance & Moderation Policy.
